Nonprofit organizational readiness is crucial to effective fundraising. Organizations that have a clear mission and goals, strong leadership, financial stability, effective programs and services, and strong relationships can create a strong foundation for fundraising success. Diversifying funding sources can also benefit nonprofit organizations by reducing dependency on a single source of funding, increasing financial stability, improving relationships with donors, expanding the organization’s reach, and building organizational capacity. Examples of creative and entrepreneurial ways other organizations are diversifying their funding sources can inspire nonprofits to identify their own revenue streams to diversify their funding. Participants will earn a certificate upon completion of the program (E-certificates are distributed approximately 5-7 business days after the program)
